I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for production before your order is shipped. Average delivery time is 6-10 days maximum this will depend on your address.
Tracking numbers will be provided 2-3 days after your order has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number after 5 business days, please contact us at animalsunivers6@gmail.com
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied or if there is a problem?
Yes, we offer a 100% money back guarantee for defective or damaged products. You have 30 days to return the item to us for a full refund.
